Subscription

Upgrade to SELF Connect

Go to Settings → Subscription and follow the prompts to upgrade from SELF Zero to SELF Connect.

Free trial

SELF Connect includes a 3-day free trial, so you can try every premium feature before you commit. A credit card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel at any time.

The trial includes SELF Mail, Calendar, Vault, web search and voice input.

Daily AI message limits

SELF Zero includes 5 AI messages a day and SELF Connect includes 100. Your remaining messages for the day are shown at the top of the chat screen.

Your allowance resets every day at midnight UTC. If you need more, upgrade to SELF Connect.

Vault storage

SELF Vault is part of SELF Connect, so it isn't available on SELF Zero. Each Connect account has 20GB of storage, and your usage is shown in the Vault sidebar.

If your Vault is full, delete files you no longer need to free up space.

Pricing currency

Prices on self.app and for web checkout are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may show a converted amount.

Change your tier

Go to Settings → Subscription and choose the tier you want.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription.
