How It Works

PoAI achieves consensus through three independent AI algorithms:

1. AI Block Builder Algorithm: Creates efficient transaction blocks by prioritizing a mix of highest price, lowest price, average price, and oldest transactions - optimizing for affordability rather than extracting maximum fees

2. Voting Algorithm: The PoAI mechanism organizes voting between block builders. It generates a reference block for comparison and coordinates the selection process fairly

3. AI Validator Algorithm: Votes on the best block and performs color marker validation to prevent double-spending through deterministic state transitions

Every wallet has a unique color (hexadecimal value) that changes deterministically with each transaction. This provides:

SELF App as First Constellation: SELF App isn't built "on top of" Celestial - it IS a Constellation chain, just like enterprise customers will deploy. This proves the architecture with real users before enterprises adopt it.

Future Grid

Future Grid is Celestial's second active Constellation.

Future Grid helps regulated organisations run the AI projects they are currently not permitted to run, on computers the organisation already owns, so that sensitive data never leaves its own environment.

It works in three stages:

• Blocked — identify the work that cannot run today, and the specific rule stopping each item.
• Capable — establish what the machines the organisation already owns are genuinely able to run, and how strongly each answer is supported by evidence.
• Proven — move approved work onto that hardware, reversibly, and produce a record of where it executed and under which rule.

Future Grid runs inside each customer's own environment and does not depend on Constellation execution. Later services may use Constellation coordination and tamper-evident evidence where those capabilities add value.
